3. Conference & Workshop Registration

Registration for our Delhi-based events is subject to availability. Guildmark Capital reserves the right to refuse admission or to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In cases of cancellation by the company, a full refund of the registration fee will be processed within 14 business days. No-shows are not eligible for refunds but may request a credit for future sessions at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

Guildmark Capital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our educational services.
